1. Acceptance & Age Requirement

Use of Flowgraphy (“Service”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms. This Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at flowgraphyapp@gmail.com. We will delete such data unless verified parental consent is obtained.

For users in the Republic of Korea, the Service is not intended for users under the age of 14. Where local law sets a higher age of digital consent, we follow the higher local age.

2. Service Description

Local weather information
Ads (removable via subscription; some may be personalized via IDFA)
Location-based features
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with notice.

3. Subscription & Billing

Monthly: US $0.99 / month
Annual: US $9.99 / year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Prices may vary by region and local taxes.
Subscription Benefits: Subscriptions provide benefits such as ad removal and access to premium features (including skins). Additional benefits may be introduced in future updates.
Free Trial: If you start a free trial, the subscription will begin and be billed by Apple when the trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. One trial per Apple ID.
EEA/UK Right of Withdrawal: Residents of the EEA and the UK may have a 14-day legal right to withdraw from a subscription. Such withdrawals and any refunds are handled by Apple via the App Store.
Refund Policy: All refunds are handled solely by Apple via the App Store. Flowgraphy cannot issue refunds directly.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple Media Services Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

4. Location-Based Service Terms

Collection: GPS/network once per request
Purpose: fetch weather data
Retention: on-device cache only, may persist offline until next update; user can clear cache
We do not share your precise latitude/longitude with third parties. (Ad networks may derive coarse location from IP as part of their processing.)

4-A. Advertising & Opt-Out Rights

We may show ads, including personalized ads using Apple’s IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), only with user permission. If ad consent is not granted (e.g., in the EEA/UK), we will serve non-personalized ads. Users can revisit or withdraw consent anytime via the in-app Privacy Options menu. Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are not directly supported in-app, but we will honor them where required by law. For general inquiries or support, you may contact us at flowgraphyapp@gmail.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and code are owned by Flowgraphy or its licensors. No reverse engineering, distribution, or automated scraping.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse engineering, excessive automated requests, interfering with servers, or unlawful use.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or upon 7-day notice for service discontinuation.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Weather data may be inaccurate; Service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid in the last 3 months.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Exclusive venue: Seoul Central District Court. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will apply.

10. Apple Standard EULA

Where not expressly stated, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies.

11. Amendments

Changes will be announced in-app and on our website or privacy policy page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 Flowgraphy 앱(이하 ‘서비스’)의 이용 조건 및 절차를 규정합니다.

제2조 (이용 자격)

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 당사는 만 14세 미만 사용자의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 인지하신 경우, 법정대리인은 flowgraphyapp@gmail.com 으로 연락해주시기 바랍니다. 또한 일부 국가/지역에서 디지털 동의 연령이 더 높게 정해진 경우 해당 상향 기준을 따릅니다.

제3조 (서비스 내용)

제4조 (구독·결제)

월 구독: US $0.99/월
연 구독: US $9.99/년
결제는 구매 확정 시 Apple ID로 청구됩니다.
구독은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다.
해지·관리: iOS 설정 > Apple ID > 구독에서 언제든 가능하며, 지역·세금에 따라 가격이 달라질 수 있습니다.
구독 혜택: 광고 제거 및 프리미엄 기능(예: 스킨) 이용 권한이 제공되며, 추후 업데이트를 통해 추가 혜택이 제공될 수 있습니다.
무료 체험: 무료 체험을 시작한 경우, 체험 종료 24시간 이전까지 해지하지 않으면 체험 종료 시점에 Apple을 통해 유료 구독이 시작·청구됩니다. 동일 Apple ID당 1회 제공됩니다.
EEA/UK 철회권: EEA 및 영국 거주자는 유료 구독에 대해 14일 이내 철회권을 가질 수 있으며, 철회 및 환불 처리는 Apple App Store를 통해 진행됩니다.
환불 정책: 모든 환불은 Apple App Store를 통해서만 처리되며, Flowgraphy는 직접 환불을 제공하지 않습니다.
청구·해지·환불은 Apple Media Services 약관을 따릅니다.
본 약관은 개인정보 처리방침과 함께 적용됩니다.

제4-1조 (광고 및 거부권)

당사는 사용자의 IDFA(광고 식별자)를 활용하여 맞춤형 광고를 표시할 수 있으며, 이는 iOS 설정에서 동의한 경우에 한해 수집됩니다. EEA/UK 등에서 광고 동의가 거부된 경우 비개인화(문맥 기반) 광고만 제공합니다. 앱 내 “Privacy Options(프라이버시 옵션)” 메뉴를 통해 언제든 동의를 다시 선택하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. GPC(Global Privacy Control) 등 통합 옵트아웃 신호는 앱에서 직접 지원하지 않으나, 법령상 요구되는 경우 이를 준수합니다. 일반적인 문의·지원은 flowgraphyapp@gmail.com 으로 연락하실 수 있습니다.

제5조 (위치기반서비스 이용약관)

수집: GPS/네트워크 단건
목적: 날씨 API 호출
보관: 단말 캐시(오프라인 시 갱신 전까지 유지); 설정에서 캐시 삭제 가능
정밀 위·경도 정보는 제3자에 제공하지 않습니다. (광고 네트워크는 처리 과정에서 IP 기반의 대략적 위치를 파악할 수 있습니다.)

제8조 (서비스 중단·계약 해지)

약관 위반 시 즉시 제한·해지 가능, 서비스 종료 시 7일 사전 통지.

제9조 (책임 제한)

간접·특수 손해 제외, 총 배상 한도는 최근 3개월 납부액 이내.

제10조 (준거법·관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법에 따르며, 관할 법원은 서울중앙지방법원으로 합니다. 다만, 각 이용자의 거주국에서 적용되는 강행적 소비자 보호법은 예외적으로 적용될 수 있습니다.

제11조 (Apple Standard EULA 준용)

본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 Apple 표준 최종사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)을 따릅니다.

제12조 (약관 변경)

변경 사항은 앱 내 및 홈페이지·개인정보처리방침 페이지를 통해 고지하며, 이후 서비스를 계속 이용할 경우 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
